Located in New Westminster, Sider Strength offers elite private and semi-private training to clients who are serious about fitness. A personal trainer for nearly a decade, TJ Sider uses time-tested strength and conditioning techniques, exceptional quality equipment, unique nutrition plans to deliver results. Whether you’re a high-level athlete or you just want to train like one, Sider Strength can vastly improve your fitness levels and help you meet – and beat – your goals.
At Sider Strength, we focus on results. And results are best achieved when you and your trainer work closely and take your program seriously. That’s why we offer training strictly for groups of 6 or smaller, and prefer to work with clients who can commit to 3+ workouts a week.
Semi-Private Training & Team Sessions
Whatever your level of ability, our group sessions are small enough to accommodate it. By keeping the groups small, a trainer can offer clients individualized attention at a more affordable price. You’ll also benefit from the added motivation of working with your peers and others who take fitness incredibly seriously.
Every participant in our semi-private sessions is required to track their workouts in a personal file that’s kept on-site. This enables us – and you – to monitor your progress.
These sessions with TJ are focused entirely on you and your goals – whether that’s achieving a higher level of athletic performance, or just taking your personal fitness to a whole new level. Together, you’ll create a custom plan around fitness and nutrition, and TJ will work closely with you to tweak and tailor it in a way that meets your needs.
