Individualized Training Programs

IMG_0055At Sider Strength, we focus on results. And results are best achieved when you and your trainer work closely and take your program seriously. That’s why we’ve dedicated our business to being different.  We create a workout program for EACH client that is individualized to your needs.  You then decide how often you want to come in (3, 4 or 5 times per week), and every month you get that number of Instructional Training sessions to acquaint and teach you your new workout program for the month, and then the next weeks are spent doing your program under the watchful eye of our staff.
We are dedicated to your results, and offer ancillary services to help you achieve your goals more effectively.  Supplementation, Private Sessions or NKT sessions can give you that boost that you need to keep up your momentum!

Free Assessment

The Free Assessment is a great way for you to check out our studio and fitness system.  You will be asked some questions, and you’ll do some physical testing with one of our qualified trainers who will then take you through some appropriate sample exercises. From there we’ll discuss your situation and where we can go from there.  If you want to sign up for an individualized training program, we can continue your progression towards the new you, which is awesome.  If you choose not to, you’ll leave with a great idea of your current physical situation and some great advice about things to focus on and things to avoid – which, no matter where you continue your physical progression, will help you stay safe and get the most from your time working out.  And that is a great value for you!  Call us at 604-553-4770 for more information!


Semi-Private & One on One Training & Team Sessions

IMG_9205Whatever your level of ability, our group sessions are small enough to accommodate it. By keeping the groups small, a trainer can offer clients individualized attention at a more affordable price. You’ll also benefit from the added motivation of working with your peers and others who take fitness incredibly seriously.

These sessions with a Sider trainer are focused entirely on you and your goals – whether that’s achieving a higher level of athletic performance, or just taking your personal fitness to a whole new level. Together, you’ll create a custom plan around fitness and nutrition, and the trainer will work closely with you to tweak and tailor it in a way that meets your needs.


Ancilliary Services

We offer many ancillary services that compliment and assist in your continued development, and can get you off the plateau or through an injury situation more effectively.

NKT Session: NeuroKinetic Therapy® corrective movement system is a sophisticated bodywork modality that can be used as both an assessment and rehabilitative technique for low back pain, neck pain, carpal tunnel, and other injuries.

Nutritional & Supplimentation Consultation.  Working out and daily life stress takes it’s toll, and most of us are not eating right to keep ourselves optimally nourished.  We can help you to get the most from your workouts (and daily life!) by improving your diet and supplementation.
